     When you place an order in our online shop, we process the data you provide for the purpose of performing the purchase contract.      For payment processing, we offer various payment methods, in particular invoice, advance payment, PayPal and credit card payment.

    If you choose PayPal, payment processing is carried out by PayPal. For this purpose, personal data such as your name, e-mail address, invoice amount, order information and payment data may be transmitted to PayPal.

    For credit card payments, processing is carried out through PostFinance Checkout and the payment service providers connected to it. In this context, payment and transaction data may be processed, in particular your name, invoice amount, card details, order information and technical data.

    Subscription to the newsletter generally takes place through a double opt-in procedure. After registration, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription. Your data are used exclusively for sending the newsletter and, where permitted or consented to by you, for analysing newsletter usage.

    The newsletter is sent via Mailchimp, a service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC and Intuit Mailchimp. Where necessary, contractual agreements concerning data processing have been concluded with Mailchimp.

     We are pleased to send you the SOGLIO customer magazine by post, which is generally published several times a year. In it, we provide information about current topics from the Bergell valley, our company, the raw materials we use, our work and our cosmetic products.

    For the distribution of the customer magazine, we process in particular your name, postal address and, where available, your e-mail address. These data are used exclusively for sending the magazine, maintaining the mailing list and communicating in connection with the magazine.
