  1. Scope and General Information

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop shop.soglio-produkte.de with SOGLIO Spedition EU GmbH.

The General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.

 

  1. Product Presentation, Orders and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

The customer may select products and order them via the shopping cart.

Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to review their details and correct them if necessary.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by SOGLIO Spedition EU GmbH or the goods are dispatched.

 

  1. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject matter of the contract consists of the goods selected as part of the order at the prices stated in the online shop.

Errors and omissions are reserved, in particular with regard to the availability of goods.

 

  1. Product Characteristics

The characteristics of the goods offered are set out in the respective product descriptions in the online shop.

Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product, in particular with regard to colour and presentation, for technical reasons.

Such differences do not constitute a defect.

 

  1. Prices

The prices stated in the online shop at the time of the order shall apply.

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.

Packaging and shipping costs are shown separately.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs stated in the online shop shall apply.

 

  1. Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer.

Deliveries are subject to timely and proper self-supply as well as the availability of the ordered goods.

The delivery times stated are indicative and do not constitute binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

  1. Terms of Payment

Payment shall be made, at the customer’s choice, by invoice, advance payment, PayPal or credit card.

Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period.

In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions shall apply.

 

  1. Retention of Title

The delivered goods shall remain the property of SOGLIO Spedition EU GmbH until full payment has been received.

 

  1. Warranty Claims

The statutory warranty provisions shall apply.

 

  1. Liability

SOGLIO Spedition EU GmbH shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health shall remain unaffected.

Claims under product liability law shall likewise remain unaffected.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate information on the right of withdrawal.

 

  1. Force Majeure

If SOGLIO Spedition EU GmbH is unable to perform its services due to force majeure, in particular as a result of natural events, war, strike or other unforeseeable events, it shall be released from its obligation to perform for the duration of the impediment.

 

  1. Data Protection

The separate Privacy Policy applies.

 

  1. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
