These tagliatelle, with wheat and Bregaglia chestnut flour, are ideal for tasty autumn menus with their special smoky-sweet aroma. The chestnuts come from the chestnut groves between Castasegna and Soglio and are dried with smoke in the traditional "Cascine" smokehouses. They are then processed into this speciality at the historic Scartazzini mill and pasta factory in Promontogno.
