Speciality from southern Grisons and the Valtellina (300 g, 600 g)

Buckwheat pasta is typical in southern Grisons and Valtellina. They are cooked with potatoes and vegetables and served with cheese, garlic, butter and sage. They are produced in the historic Scartazzini mill and pasta factory in Promontogno.
