Orders for the European Union are picked up at our headquarters in Castasegna (CH) by DHL only once a week.
Delivery may therefore take some time.

If you are ordering from Switzerland and access the EU shop, please switch off your VPN connection, then it should work. Depending on the country you are ordering from, the shop will redirect you automatically.
Order on account:
To avoid misuse, the “order on account” option is available from the second order. If you have previously ordered as a guest and have now created a customer account, please contact us so that we can activate the invoice option for you.
