DHL has informed us that orders placed by noon on Monday 11 December will probably be delivered before Christmas. All orders placed after 12 December will be processed and shipped only after the holidays, i.e. the second week of January 2024. Thank you for your understanding!
Orders outside Switzerland are picked up by DHL 1 time per week (usually on Tuesday). Delivery may therefore take a little longer.
If you are ordering from Switzerland and access the EU shop, please switch off your VPN connection, then it should work. Depending on the country you are ordering from, the shop will redirect you automatically.
